Don’t just watch the magic happen—be part of it!
Did you know that Noosa Nippers is an entirely volunteer-based program? Every flag set in the sand, every whistle blown, and every hi-vis rashie worn in the water is thanks to parents and supporters like you. We don’t just “run” on volunteers—they are the heart and soul of everything we do.
Whether you’re a former pro in the surf or a superstar on the BBQ tongs, we need your help to make the 2026/27 season our best one yet. You don’t need a Bronze Medallion to be a hero on the beach; from organising the kids to snapping photos, there is a role for every skill set.
Ready to jump in? Check out the roles below and then complete our Expression of Interest form so we can get you involved!
